At WPWB, the author loves sharing his passion for wild birds found in wild places. He also strives to explain the connections that birds have with every aspect of the natural world, both living (biotic) and nonliving (abiotic). Protecting our natural resources begins with understanding how nature functions and how scientific laws and theories shape our planet and universe. This is a vast topic. It represents the most significant challenge we face: ensuring the survival of extraordinary life on Earth. To avoid further degrading the ecosphere, to stop harm and start healing, we must act. It is not too late. Change starts with education, awareness, and humility.
